$90/hour during business hours, $110/hour after hours/weekends, and $120/hour on holidays, 

4-hour minimum

Surveillance may include following the subject to restaurants, bars, hotels, businesses, and other locations as permitted by law.

When appropriate and legally permitted, surveillance may continue while the subject is inside a restaurant or other public establishment.

In addition to the hourly investigation rate, approved case expenses may include:

• Mileage
• Parking
• Tolls
• Long-distance travel
• Lodging
• Other reasonable expenses directly related to the investigation

Significant or unusual expenses will be discussed and approved before they are incurred.

$1,000 initial retainer

After your confidential consultation, an initial retainer may be required before investigative work begins.

Your retainer is applied toward authorized investigative time and approved case expenses.

If additional funds are needed, you will be notified before additional work is authorized.

We'll discuss your concerns, answer your questions, and determine whether an investigation is appropriate.

Once you authorize the investigation, we conduct the work according to the agreed plan.

You receive the information and documentation gathered during the investigation.

We don't promise a particular outcome.

We investigate, document what we observe, and report the facts.

If you have a restraining or protective order that limits your contact with another person, you may still have questions about what that person is doing.

Shadow PDX can discuss your situation and determine whether an independent investigation may be appropriate.

The existence of a restraining order does not automatically prevent you from contacting a private investigator. However, you are responsible for complying with every condition of your order.

We will not act as a substitute for legal advice, and we will not assist anyone in violating or circumventing a restraining or protective order.

Shadow PDX is an Oregon-based private investigation service specializing exclusively in infidelity investigations.

We conduct infidelity investigations throughout Oregon, subject to availability, circumstances, and applicable law.

If your case originates in Oregon and circumstances require investigative activity outside Oregon, we will determine whether the assignment can legally and appropriately be handled before proceeding.

Before investigative work begins, you will receive an Investigative Services Agreement outlining the scope of the investigation, hourly rate, retainer, expenses, and other terms.

The agreement must be reviewed and signed before work begins.

Clients are entitled to receive an oral report concerning services rendered and, upon written request, a written report within seven days as provided by Oregon law.
